Breakfast
After a restful night, a copious breakfast buffet with assorted delicacies awaits our guests every morning from 7 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
Quality is paramount to us and we therefore purchase our ingredients for the breakfast exclusively from renowned specialist suppliers in Munich and the surrounding regions of Upper Bavaria. The buffet is complemented by seasonal fruit and vegetables as well as freshly baked bread, rolls and croissants.
Garden
Our lovingly planted inner courtyard which was awarded a certificate in 1998 by the then Lord Mayor Christian Ude, is a popular oasis for breakfast, lunch or to conclude the day with a good glass of wine from our exquisite wine list.
Dear guests,
since July 1st, 2015 we have been certified “Bio“ according to the EU ecological regulation. Our ABCERT certification number is “DE-ÖKO-006“.
You will find our partial offer of organic dishes in the menu marked with the national “Bio”-Logo and the EU-“Bio”-Logo.
Our entire assortment of bread we receive from an “ÖKO” bakery and for our meals we use selected spices and homemade meat stocks.
Furthermore, we obtain the majority of our produce from regional and medium-sized suppliers.
