Our two event rooms “Mittenwald“ and “Wilder Kaiser“ are situated on the ground floor of our hotel and have daylight and individually adjustable air condition. The event room "Mittenwald" has direct access to the courtyard as well.

Booking conditions
For a minimum number of 10 people, the room hire is included in the conference package stated. For conferences with less than 10 people, we shall charge for the conference package per person plus the corresponding room hire. The conference packages can only be booked as described in each package. For customised packages, we are happy to provide a bespoke offer. All packages are calculated based on the number of people registered on the last day of registration. In the case of self-brought food or drinks, we reserve the right to charge a corresponding plate money. The offer is based on the GTC for events. You can request these from us or view them at www.alpenhotel-muenchen.de. All prices are per event day, inclusive of service and VAT.
